 Give Your Cares To Jesus

Cast your cares upon my shoulders
Too heavy for you to bear
Let me show how much I love
Let me show how much I care

You walk among the thorns
With a heavy heart of pain
Filled with hurt and sorrow
And times, yes even shame

So cast your cares upon my shoulders
And trust that I shall be
Your leaning tower of strength
In your hour of need

If your burden is too heavy
And your problems weigh you down
It’s time to look to me
For the comfort to be found

Do not look to another
Their problems weigh them too
Remember now my child
"I am there for you"

Waiting with open arms
In the very place you stand
As I hold you through each trial
Within the palm of My hand

So lift your eyes to heaven
As you come on bended knee
As burdens are replaced
With a peace inside of thee.

I Know

Many nights when I am lonely
And feel that no one cares
When it hurts to be alone
With no other love to share

When nights are oh so long
Warm tears stream down my cheek
Arms no where to hold me
Yes whom do I seek

When the stillness in the air
Is not the peace I wish to find
And the enemy creeps on in
To confuse my saddened mind

When suddenly I feel helpless
Not even the strength to pray
Will I make it through the night
I begin with fear to say

Suddenly I hear a voice
Yes words from deep inside
Are you speaking to me Lord
"That in You I must abide?"

Oh yes Dear Lord forgive me
I know your always there
I know I'm not alone
And just how much you care

So now I close my eyes
And in your perfect peace
You hold me in your arms
As I fall of to sleep.

My Paradise

My paradise Dear Lord
As you know my heart
Is here within Your presence
Never wanting to depart

Gently I close my eyes
With a knowing You are there
In time I feel Your presence
 Surround me everywhere

Mere words could not explain
The peace that I now feel
The Essence of your glory
Becoming ever so real

I hunger for the words
Your Spirit now will speak
To fill me with Your strength
For times that I am weak

For this time I spent with You
As I walk away in peace
For all I'm called to do.

Into My Arms

Here within My arms
Have faith that I shall be
A comfort for the sorrows
Deep inside of thee

I shall release your pain
Along with your fear

Pure love is waiting here

Here in times of trouble
When the world may turn away

Who Am I

I will be the one

Come To Me

If your lost and searching
To find a better way
Listen to My words
Hear what I have to say

Stop a moment in your life
When you walk in pain
Give unto me your suffering
See what you may gain

Though your road seems rough
And your world is helpless to you
Look what I've to offer
My love, to pull you through

I offer you My love

To love you as no other

Let me be the one
You seek in the dark
When night has fallen
I will speak to your heart

That well up inside

Lamb upon the throne

To speak the truth to many

Today I thank You Father
For all that You have done

The Masters Hand

Today as the master
Takes the brush into His hand
What a beautiful picture
He paints for the land

Vibrant colors
Of pink and blue
As a splash of purple

Oh the beauty of nature
On a warm summers day

The Hidden Treasure

Deep within the water
Oh the treasure there
As buried within His word
Realizing God does care

Directed you see

The Rose

I give this rose
Simple it may be
To represent the blessings 
God has for thee

May your new life
Each day unfold
As the velvet petals
Within this rose

May you wait my child
Expectantly
For all that God
Has intended for thee

And may His pruning
Performed with His love
Bring forth inner strength

Gazing at the clouds
The formations I now see
Floating in the sky
So pure and carefree

They have no problems

If another draws near

Creating for the world

Feel my peace
That dwells deep inside
A place of shelter
When you need to hide

Only true peace
Is mine to give
Overwhelming joy
With new reason to live

A tower of strength
When your heart is full of fear
As I enfold you in my arms
And hold you ever so near.

We will explore the path of life

The Stroke of The Artist

Bare lie a canvass
Before the artist one day
"What shall I create?"
He began to say

"Oh something quite special
With peace in the air.
A touch of beauty
Yes everywhere!"

He dabbled in the brown
Then dashed to the blue
A stroke here and there
As the beauty danced through.

Then the brush took over
The artists hand

Oh Jesus we are thirsty
For more of you today
We humbly come before you
Together as we pray

We speak upon belief

The Mountain Top

Lord, we seek the mountain top
Your Glory and Your Grace 
Escaping from this world
To your presence – Your Holy place

Filled with Your Spirit
Lost in Your love
Our mind is now transformed
As we rise to the heavens above

 Though we cannot remain
We must descend to the valley below
Where seeds are carefully planted

My Strength

Father be my strength 
In all I say and do

Look beyond "My Child"
With the Father’s eyes today
When obstacles in your life
Seem to come your way

He sees clear into the future

Scale of Love

Grace like an unwritten word
Nestled in a signature of Love
To grasp the perfect meaning
We seek the author of

A hand freely extended
With mercy do I deserve
And yet it overflows
By this one I chose to serve

I look within my closets
The secrets hidden there
Overwhelmed arose a question
How could you still care

You see no truer words

Within the chains of bondage
One day you set me free
As a friend who loved me so

Would I

Would I teach you to fly
Then cut off your wings

And no voice to sing

The Lord Has No Bounds

All that is impossible to man
is not impossible with God

BECAUSE

The Lord Has No Bounds

He is almighty
All powerful and good

He brings peace to our hearts

For the wrong that we do

Trust Me

Trust is such a small word
Only five letters does it contain
Then why is it so hard
To give it to My Name

Why do you hold on
To what you can not see
Why is it so difficult
In giving it to me

Why do you tend to worry
Casting it not into my hand
Why do try to figure it out
When you know you don’t understand.

Gazing at the picture
When black and white says "No"
Why not allow Me
To reveal the way to go

I can see the future
The plans I have for thee
So trust is all I ask
With your eyes "My Child on me

So question no more my motives
Let the cards fall where they may
As you allow to My Spirit
To guide you along the way.

I hear the familiar words
"Father is it time"

For what you wish to find

I’m like a little butterfly
Caught in a cocoon so tight
Oh precious Father

One Body

We are all parts 
Of one body you know
Some are in the shadows
Yet others continually show

Some are voices
Loud and clear
With inspiring words
That others may hear

Then others thy hands
Still others thy feet
Some endowed with funds
To make the ends meet

Yet we all have a job
Assigned from above
To spread the Good News
Of God's Saving Grace and Love!
